Approval of the import and/or use of the LMO(s) with conditions
The permittee shall take appropriate measures to protect human and animal health and the environment and prevent a recurrence should accidental, unintentional reproduction occurs. A Plant Quarantine Officer and his duly authorized representatives shall be allowed access during regular business hours to the facility where the regulated article is located and to any records relating to the importation of the regulated article. The permittee shall duly inform the public of this approval by way of publishing in any one (1) of the top three (3) leading newspapers in the country that imports of this product is covered by conditions for approval as provided in Department of Agriculture Memorandum Circular No. 8, Series of 2003.

A violation of this condition shall lead to revocation of the permit as provided in DA Administrative Order No. 8, Series of 2002, as amended by DA Administrative Order No. 22, Series of 2007.
